Settle the fee
Record your payment and wait for a coordinator to confirm it. See Payments.
Check the draw
Once a round is paired, the draw shows your teams’ rooms, sides and judges. It is also available on a phone at the venue.
Follow the results
Standings update as ballots come in. League rankings appear only after the coordinator releases them, and are rebuilt overnight.
On the day
Bring a phone. The draw, the schedule and the standings all work on one, and they keep working when the venue’s connection does not — provided you opened the tournament while you still had signal.
Questions about a result
Contact the coordinator, not the judge. Every ballot records its reason for decision and every correction records who made it and why, so a result can be traced and explained.
