  • An official representative authorized to register your institution
  • Someone responsible for managing student accounts and tournament participation

Pre-Registration Requirements

Before starting registration, gather these details about your school:

Basic School Information:

  • Official school name (as registered with education authorities)
  • School type (Private/Public/Government Aided/International)
  • Physical address and postal code
  • Official phone number and email address

Location Details:

  • Country
  • Province/State
  • District/County
  • Sector/Municipality (if applicable)

Contact Person Information:

  • Your full name and title/position
  • Direct email address (preferably school domain)
  • Phone number
  • Role at the school

Documentation (may be required):

Registration Process

Multiple Administrators

Adding Additional School Administrators

After your school is approved, you can add other staff members:

Administrator Roles

Important: Only register your school once. Multiple registrations for the same school will be rejected and may delay approval.
