Adding students
Open Students from your dashboard
You see every student registered against your school.
Add them individually or invite them
You can create an account directly, or send an invitation and let the student complete their own details.
Verify them
A student account works fully only once verified. Unverified students can sign in but cannot be placed in a team.
What each student’s record shows
- Their debating history across tournaments
- Their speaker points and league position, once released
- Whether they have debated at all this season
Students who move schools
A student belongs to one school at a time. If a student transfers, contact a coordinator — their history follows them rather than being recreated, so their speaker record stays intact.
A student’s league ranking is their own. They do not inherit your school’s participation score, so a student at a very active school gains nothing unless they personally took part.
Removing a student
Removing a student from your school does not delete their debating history. Results already recorded stay attached to the tournaments they happened in.
